Returns

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to return your order for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

You are responsible for returning purchases in original condition with original boxes, tags and packaging. Delivery charges cannot be refunded and refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving returned item.

To return, please write in to us at support@furstie.com and indicate your order number. Please ask for a receipt of posting, we cannot be responsible for items not reaching us.
